How Payouts Work

Tekyeka uses automatic ACH bank transfers to pay you. There is nothing to request — payouts happen automatically once the conditions are met.

Payout Flow

  1. 1

    Job is marked Completed

    • You tap Complete Job from your active jobs screen
    • The customer is notified and the 48-hour dispute window starts
  2. 2

    48-hour dispute window

    • Either party may open a dispute within 48 hours of completion
    • If a dispute is opened, the payout is held until resolved
    • If no dispute is filed, the payout becomes eligible automatically
  3. 3

    Automatic transfer

    • Once eligible, the full quoted amount is transferred to your linked bank account via ACH
    • No action required on your end — payout is fully automatic
    • You receive 100% of your quoted rate
  4. 4

    Funds arrive

    • ACH transfers typically take 1–3 business days to appear in your account
    • Some banks process ACH credits in as little as 12 hours

Cancellation Compensation

If a customer cancels after you are already on the way, you are compensated for your time:

  1. 1

Customer cancels while job is En Route

    • Customer pays a $4.50 cancellation fee
    • You receive $2.99 compensation — deposited automatically
  2. 2

Customer cancels while job is Arrived

    • Customer pays a $7.50 cancellation fee
    • You receive $6.50 compensation — deposited automatically
