The documents and information required depend on whether you are applying as an individual provider or as a business. Review the list for your path below before starting the application.

Individual Provider

   Government-issued ID

   • Driver's license or state ID — must be valid and not expired
   • Used for identity verification during the review process

   Proof of insurance

   • Active commercial auto or general liability insurance policy
   • Policy must cover your service activities

   Self-declaration

   • Confirm your skills, specialties, and service area
   • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience required

   EULA acceptance

   • Read and accept the Tekyeka provider End User License Agreement

Business / Shop

In addition to everything above, business applicants must also provide:

   Business license

   • Valid and active in your operating state

   EIN (Employer Identification Number)

   • Issued by the IRS — required for all business accounts
3. 3

   Business insurance

   • Active commercial policy covering your business operations
4. 4

   Owner / operator government ID

   • Driver's license or state ID of the owner or primary operator
