Provider Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only available while a job is in an early stage. The further into a job you are, the less flexibility there is to cancel. Once a job is In Progress or Completed, the only path forward is to file a dispute.
When You Can Cancel

Booked
- Cancellation is allowed — you have not yet left for the job
- Customer receives a full refund
- No compensation is paid to you
- Cancellation is recorded in your statistics

En Route
- Cancellation is allowed — but you have already left for the job
- Customer receives a full refund — no fee is charged to them
- You receive no compensation
- Cancellation is recorded in your statistics
- 3
Arrived
- Cancellation is allowed — but you are already on-site
- Customer receives a full refund — no fee is charged to them
- You receive no compensation
- Cancellation is recorded in your statistics
When You Cannot Cancel

In Progress
- Cancellation is not permitted once the job is In Progress
- If something goes wrong, file a dispute instead

Completed
- Cancellation is not permitted after job completion
- Use the dispute process if there is an issue with payment or the job outcome
