Provider Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only available while a job is in an early stage. The further into a job you are, the less flexibility there is to cancel. Once a job is In Progress or Completed, the only path forward is to file a dispute.

When You Can Cancel

  1. 1

    Booked

    • Cancellation is allowed — you have not yet left for the job
    • Customer receives a full refund
    • No compensation is paid to you
    • Cancellation is recorded in your statistics
  2. 2

    En Route

    • Cancellation is allowed — but you have already left for the job
    • Customer receives a full refund — no fee is charged to them
    • You receive no compensation
    • Cancellation is recorded in your statistics
  3. 3

    Arrived

    • Cancellation is allowed — but you are already on-site
    • Customer receives a full refund — no fee is charged to them
    • You receive no compensation
    • Cancellation is recorded in your statistics

When You Cannot Cancel

  1. 1

    In Progress

    • Cancellation is not permitted once the job is In Progress
    • If something goes wrong, file a dispute instead
  2. 2

    Completed

    • Cancellation is not permitted after job completion
    • Use the dispute process if there is an issue with payment or the job outcome
