Making an Offer

When a job appears in your feed, you can review the details and submit a quoted rate. Your offer is what the customer sees — it is your total price for completing the work.

How to Submit an Offer

  1. 1

    Review the job details

    • Check the vehicle: year, make, model
    • Check the service type and any customer notes
    • Check the location and estimated distance from you
    • Check whether the job is mobile (you go to them) or shop visit (they come to you)
  2. 2

Select services and enter your price

    • If the job has multiple services, select which ones you can fulfill
    • Enter your total quoted price — this is the amount you will receive if accepted
    • Optionally add a short message to the customer
  3. 3

    Submit

    • Tap Submit — the offer is sent to the customer immediately
    • You have a short window to withdraw the offer if you change your mind
    • You may update your offer price or message at any time before the customer accepts

    • You can update your existing offer price or message instead
  2. 2

    • You cannot accept a new job if you are already at your tier's concurrent job limit

  3. 3

    Mobile job vehicle requirement

    • You must have a vehicle on file before offering on mobile jobs
    • Customers need to know what car to look out for when you arrive
