Making an Offer
When a job appears in your feed, you can review the details and submit a quoted rate. Your offer is what the customer sees — it is your total price for completing the work.
How to Submit an Offer
- 1
Review the job details
- Check the vehicle: year, make, model
- Check the service type and any customer notes
- Check the location and estimated distance from you
- Check whether the job is mobile (you go to them) or shop visit (they come to you)
- 2
Select services and enter your price
- If the job has multiple services, select which ones you can fulfill
- Enter your total quoted price — this is the amount you will receive if accepted
- Optionally add a short message to the customer
- 3
Submit
- Tap Submit — the offer is sent to the customer immediately
- You have a short window to withdraw the offer if you change your mind
- You may update your offer price or message at any time before the customer accepts
