Managing Active Jobs

Once a customer accepts your offer, the job becomes active and you manage it through a defined lifecycle. Every status change is recorded and visible to the customer in real time.

Job Lifecycle

  1. 1

    Booked

    • Offer accepted — job is confirmed and assigned to you
    • Customer is notified and waiting
    • Tap Mark En Route when you leave for the job
    • You can still cancel at this stage — see the Cancellation Policy article
  2. 2

    En Route

    • You are on your way to the customer or the shop
    • Your live location is shared with the customer during this phase
    • Tap Mark Arrived when you reach the location
  3. 3

    Arrived

    • You are on-site and preparing to start
    • Confirm the vehicle and service details with the customer
    • Tap Start Job to move to In Progress
  4. 4

    In Progress

    • You are actively working on the vehicle
    • Cancellation is no longer available — file a dispute if something goes wrong
    • Tap Complete Job when the work is done
  5. 5

    Completed

    • Job is finished — the customer is notified automatically
    • A 48-hour dispute window begins before payout is released
    • Payout is automatically transferred to your bank account after the window closes

Accessing Your Jobs

Active jobs (Booked, En Route, Arrived, In Progress) appear in the **Activity** tab of the hub. Tap any active job to view details and advance its status.

Completed jobs appear in two places:

  1. 1

    Support > Completed tab

    • Shows all completed jobs that are still within the 48-hour dispute window
    • This is where you file a dispute if there is an issue
    • Once a job disappears from this list, the dispute window has closed — payout releases automatically
  2. 2

    Activity > History

    • Shows your full job history including all past completed jobs
