Your Vehicle & Security

Your vehicle is valuable. These habits protect it during any Tekyeka service — mobile or shop visit.

Before Service Starts

  1. 1

    Document pre-existing condition

    • Walk around your vehicle and photograph it before any work begins
    • Note any existing dents, scratches, or damage — this is your baseline if a dispute comes up
  2. 2

    Note your odometer reading

    • Record current mileage before a mobile service or shop drop-off
  3. 3

    Remove valuables

    • Remove personal items, cash, and electronics from the vehicle before the provider begins

For Shop Visits

  1. 1

    Inspect before driving away

    • Do a visual check of the service area and your vehicle before leaving the shop
    • Raise any concerns with the provider before you drive off — it is much harder to address once you leave

If You Notice Damage After Service

Document new damage with photos immediately and file a dispute within the 48-hour window. Your before-and-after photos are your strongest evidence.
