How to Cancel a Job

You can cancel an active job directly from the app.

Steps

1. 1

   Open the job

   • Go to Activity and select the active job

   Tap Cancel Job

   • You will see any applicable cancellation fee before confirming
3. 3

   Confirm

   • Confirm the cancellation — the provider is notified immediately
