Leaving a Review

After a job is marked Completed, you can rate your provider and leave a written review. Your feedback helps other customers choose quality providers.

How to Leave a Review

   Open the completed job

   • Go to Activity and find the completed job

   Tap Leave a Review

   • A rating prompt appears once the job is marked Completed
3. 3

   Select a star rating

   • Rate your experience on a 1–5 star scale
4. 4

   Add a written review (optional)

   • Describe your experience — this is visible on the provider's public profile
5. 5

   Submit

   • Your review posts immediately and contributes to the provider's overall rating

Reviews should reflect your honest experience. Do not use reviews to resolve job disputes — use the dispute process for that.
