Tekyeka is a two-sided marketplace connecting vehicle owners with verified automotive professionals — mechanics, detailers, tinters, and more. As a vehicle owner, you post a service job once and our wave matching system notifies qualified providers based on specialty, location, and rating. Compare competitive offers, accept the one that works for you, and track the entire job from booking to completion — all from your dashboard.

The Customer Journey

   Post a Job

   • Describe the service you need, your vehicle, and your location
   • Choose mobile service (provider comes to you) or shop visit (you go to them)
   • Add photos or notes to help providers quote accurately

   Receive Offers

   • Matching providers are notified and can submit a quoted price
   • Offers arrive over a short window — you can compare price, rating, and reviews
   • You are never charged just for posting or receiving offers
3. 3

   Accept an Offer

   • Pick the offer that works best for you and accept it
   • Payment is authorized at acceptance and held until the dispute window passes after completion
   • The job moves to Booked and the provider is notified
4. 4

   Track & Complete

   • Follow the provider's progress: Booked → En Route → Arrived → In Progress → Completed
   • For mobile jobs, see the provider's live location once they are en route
   • Leave a rating and review after the job is complete
