Meeting Providers Safely
Mobile service is convenient — the provider comes to you. These practices make every mobile job safe and smooth.
Before the Provider Arrives
- 1
Confirm via the app
- Check the provider's photo, name, and vehicle info in the active job screen before they arrive
- Use live tracking to follow their approach in real time
- 2
Choose a safe meet location
- Your driveway, a well-lit parking lot, or any familiar location where you feel comfortable
- Avoid isolated or poorly lit spots — especially for first-time bookings
- 3
Keep your phone accessible
- Stay reachable throughout the service — you can message the provider through the app at any time
When the Provider Arrives
- 1
Verify before work begins
- Confirm the vehicle and provider match what is shown in the app before they start any work
- If anything does not match — different vehicle, different person — do not allow work to begin and contact support immediately
- 2
You are welcome to observe
- You are not required to stay with the vehicle, but you are welcome to be present during service
If Something Feels Off
Trust your instincts. If anything feels wrong — the person or vehicle does not match the app, the situation feels unsafe — step away. Call 911 if there is immediate danger, then report the incident through Menu > Support once you are safe.
