Mobile Service vs. Shop Visit

When posting a job, you choose one of two options: **Shop visit** — you travel to the provider's shop — or **Mobile** — the provider travels to you. Both options are available depending on provider availability in your area.

Mobile Service — Provider Comes to You

   How it works

   • You enter the address where you want the provider to meet you
   • The provider's vehicle info is shown so you know who to expect
   • You can see the provider's live location once they are En Route

Shop Visit — You Go to the Shop

   How it works

   • You browse and select from nearby participating shops
   • You drive to the shop once your offer is accepted

Not every service is available in both formats in every area — the app will only show the options that providers near you actually offer.
