Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a job, but refund terms change depending on how far along the provider is.

When You Can Cancel

   Booked

   • Cancel at no cost — the provider has not left yet
   • You receive a full refund
2. 2

   En Route

   • Provider is already on the way — a $4.50 cancellation fee is retained
   • You are refunded the remainder of your payment
   • Provider receives $2.99 compensation for travel
3. 3

   Arrived

   • Provider is on-site — a $7.50 cancellation fee is retained
   • You are refunded the remainder of your payment
   • Provider receives $6.50 compensation for time and travel

**Shop visit jobs:** No cancellation fee at any stage — you always receive a full refund for shop visits, regardless of job status.

When You Cannot Cancel

Once a job is **In Progress** or **Completed**, cancellation is not available — file a dispute through the app instead.
