Refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method the moment you cancel. How much you get back depends on the job stage.

Refund by Stage

   Booked — full refund

   • No fee — 100% of your payment is returned
   • Refund is triggered immediately on confirmation
2. 2

   En Route — partial refund

   • $4.50 is retained as a cancellation fee
   • The remainder is refunded automatically
3. 3

   Arrived — partial refund

   • $7.50 is retained as a cancellation fee
   • The remainder is refunded automatically
4. 4

   Shop visit jobs — always full refund

   • No cancellation fee at any stage for shop visits
   • 100% refund regardless of job status
5. 5

   Funds returned

   • Refund typically appears back on your card within a few business days, depending on your bank
