You review the job details — vehicle, service, location — and submit an offer with your price and availability. If the customer accepts, the job is booked. You complete it, get rated, and move on to the next.
Is there an iOS and Android app for Tekyeka mechanics?
Tekyeka is currently available as a full-featured web app on mobile and desktop. A native iOS and Android app is in development. The web app works on any smartphone browser and is optimized for mobile use — no install required.
How do I get notified about mechanic jobs near me?
When your provider profile is approved and active, you receive real-time notifications when jobs matching your service types and area are posted. Notifications come through the Tekyeka platform. You choose which jobs to bid on — no obligation to respond to every one.
Can I manage my schedule in the mechanic app?
Yes. Your provider profile lets you set your availability, service area, and which job types you accept. You control when you are active. Pause notifications when you are unavailable — no penalties for not responding when you are off.
How do payments work in the mechanic app?
You set your price when you submit an offer. The customer pays when the job is completed. Tekyeka does not take a cut from your earnings — you keep 100% of what you charge. Payment processing details are set up during provider onboarding.
